Yes it is easy to miss the obvious when looking for the not so obvious/devious entry ;D

The answer for the Dell cra*ware has got to be cash, and no different with many other manufactures installing trial this and trial that.

lady moonlight, when you get stuff sorted install Windows SP3 that has been available for 6 months that provides several security enhancements.
