I have just had a quick look at your log file.

Your version of Acrobat Reader is way out of date and as such vulnerable to exploits, so perhaps there other out of date programs you need to address too, like XP SP2, SP3 has been out for 6 months now.

I can't even upgrade the system. 'Access Denied' error when updating SP3.
