what is the Bat!?

when i installed home edition of avast 4 it had the bat! as one of the custom choices in the installation and i selected it just in case i might need it later. what is it?

hi brandon..

that's just a plug-in for the bat email client as mentioned by brian... :)

however if you are not using the bat mail client...then probably you can consider removing it.... ;)

to remove it...go to....add/remove programs...select avast...and change...
