A hiccup, if it were serious then it would be in the form of a screen alert (error). I see it on occasion when I take a foray into the log files, though I tend to stay out of there unless I have something specific to investigate.
This is mainly because the messages are somewhat cryptic and not very user friendly, they are of more use to the developers if they are trying to track something down.
I would say it is nothing to worry about.
