Why is there no Chinese-language forum? A Chinese version of the software should have the Chinese version of the Forum supports!

False positives have nothing to do with the language.

Why not start a webboard yourself in one of the many Chinese languages to give support?

SMF is freeware, easy to setup and a full blown webboard.

Let me recommend you XOOPS Cube rather than SMF, since XOOPS Cube is much more secure.
XOOPS Cube is NOT XOOPS.
