Con't..Confusion E-Mail Scanner. Protection

I Have Gone Through The Registy To Not Fine Any Traces
 Of AVG.7 Pro  , McAfee, &  Symantec ( What A Waste Of Money )....I Have  Re: Installed Avast 4 / Home & 4 Run-ning Services , No Outlook/ Exchange Protection. Can I -Get A Virus If I Can't Get The Scanner To Work ??  I Can
Send &  Rec.  Mail With The Changes Avast Made In out/-
Express , Tho No Statement Virus Free. Any Help With
This & Step /Step Settinges Would Be Helpfull,  Also Do The
Notes &  Messages Stay On The Forum/Or Can You Delete
 ??? Thanks, My Sever Gave Me A Warnning So I'll Have To
Get Off & Later Come Back ... My System Infor Is In My
profile  ....Swilki45... I Have Alot Of Reading To Do ..

Unless you have MS Outlook/Exchange installed, you will not have the module running.

Are you talking about the little "message" at the end of the email stating that the email has been checked by Avast?
If so, that's easy.  Right click on the A ball and open the On Access Protection console.  Find the Mail module on the left and click on it.  When the panel opens, go into Customize.
For the tabs Pop, SMTP and IMAP look in each panel and check the box next to Insert note into clean message and your done.!  ;)

The messages or "posts" will stay on the forum unless a Moderator feels that they must be taken off.  The user can modify the post or delete the contents of an individual post which would leave an empty box.
