Possible to turn off the scan-popup?

Maybe a simple question: I do not want the popup to show when avast! scans an email. (the one going all over the screen above the taskbar)

I found something under ON-ACCESS-Options.

The help of this function says: "During scan, detailed information will be shown in the bottom right corner of the screen".

If I disable that, it's still there.

I'm using Thunderbird as my email client.

Or is it just included in the pro-version?

Find the Mail Protection Wizard in your Windows start menu, there you find the option you are looking for.

Thanks a lot. So Thunderbird or any no-Outlook-client is considered as Internet Mail/others and needs that option to be turned off I guess - you should change that maybe to make clear for non-Outlooks.

The free version (Home) can only 'send the file to Chest' not delete it.
To do so: check 'Silent mode' with answer 'No'.
Otherwise, the Pro version is very cool on automatic features. You won't regret buying it

One more question (last, I promise...):

Is it not possible to replace the virfound.gif with an own gif? I made this new one (see attachement) but after a while it gets replaced with an the original again.
