virus infection

Frequently I am getting the message from avira that a file that is unwanted or virus. I have attached the screen shot of the message. When I check the folder, I don't find this file. When I run avast it doesn't give any indication at all.

How do I avoid this problem

That file is an avast temporary file that is being detected by Avira... two antivirus at the same time in the same computer will conflict ;)
