False positive: Latest installer of Divx reported as Win32:Rootkit-gen

Download location: hXXp://download.divx.com/divx/DivXInstaller.exe

Sign of "Win32:Rootkit-gen [Rtk]" has been found in "C:\Program Files\DivX\DivX Plus DirectShow Filters\aacadec.dll" file.

I've sent an email to virus@avast.com & here's a virustotal scan result on "aacadec.dll" as well
