Hi !

I use Incredimail for ALL my email accounts but  in  order for  it to work I have to STOP ON-ACCESS PROTECTION from Avast.......

help please????????????

could you please not use the highlighting the next time you post something... it makes it hard to read...

which OS?
do or did you use any other security software? (antivius, spyware, firewall)
(especially norton or mc affee?)
which firewall?

If anyone sent me an email with Incredimail junk in it I would contact them once and let them know that I will report them for spamming my Inbox with that advertising-supported email junk!

What happens when you try to read your email?  As I recall, Incredimail is very heavily html oriented.  What is your firewall?  Try turning off the Avast! Web Shield temporarily and see if that makes a difference.

I see you are in Canada.  Is is possible that you are using Sympatico as your ISP and email provider?  If so, then I think we can help you quickly.

I am using MTS as my ISP. My OS is Win XP  Home Edition 2002 

My mail starts to load and then stops with an error report ....

IncrediMail has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Module: ImSpoolU.dll

If I turn my Avast OFF ,I can use my IncrediMail with no problems.
