How to report a virus?

Will reported avast-mail virus which? Is virus@asw.cz or virus@avast.com???

Reported the virus to the virus@avast.com never reply? ? Kaspersky and Avira reported to be able to reply promptly, and avast did not reply, this is why?

The second email is the correct one.

You normally won't get a response unless they require more information.

avast to deal with the virus has been too slow! Usually, more than a month's time, my God!
