Wrong Search Results in IE

I am getting results from some sort of infection that controls the result of searches in IE.  The first page are infected results the pages after the true results.  I've ran almost all spyware programs with no luck. Any suggestions?

it seems cwsshredder will take care of this.  I ran it in safe mode but it may not be necessary.
