ASWServ.exe using 100% of a CPU

I'm running Avast 4.8.1059 on a Windows Server 2003, and have ASWServ.exe using 100% of a CPU all of the time.  The server is also running IIS Web Services, and Microsoft Exchange 2003.  HELP!  System performance is at a crawl!  Thanks in advance!
