Hi bri,
Have you tried connecting your internet service provider?
This error could be coming from them because if you are unable to browse web pages then could be a wrong dns address which is assigned,

Hi bri,
Maybe it needed admin rights to be installed,

i installed it on the admin account and when i logged on the standard account ff was already there, when i go into the admin account and open ff i dont see that popup only on the standard(limited)account.has to be something with a limited account with parental controls.
heres what the popup from ff says:
could not initilize the applications security component.please check that this directory has no read/write restrictions & your hd is not full or close to full.it is recommended that you exit the application & fix the problem.if you continue to use this session you might see incorrect application behaviour when accessing security features.
