"Warnings" but "No viruses found"

I've got 2 "Warnings" re "packages." What's the significance of "warnings" but with no viruses found. Any action I should take?

warning has in general nothing to do with infected/clean state. it's rather info that "the scan wasn't fully made/completed, because XXX, and thus, it's not correct to label the file just "clean" as others).
