How to create new ISO when updating virus definitions?

Hello friends,
I know this should be obvious, but I looked for the button, the definitions, the shortcut, (to update the virus definitions and create a new ISO, and I don't see it... the bart CD with definitions that are over a year old is not much good to me. Can someone help please?

You should have a link on start menu entries...
You can create a new one:
"C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe setiface.dll,RunBartApp"
