« on: February 15, 2009, 05:26:55 AM »
ProcKill-BU was detected as high risk adware in the location c:\hp\bin\killit.exe is this a false positive? I don't know if i should keep it or delete it. I do have an HP computer by the way.

From what I've seen, this is more of a potentially unwanted program, pre-loaded onto HP computers. Personally, if I had one of those I'd probably disable it from startup, but I don't know what sort of privacy risk it represents.
Why don't you ask at the Threatfire forum?
