Repair

Merhaba, this is the first time for me as a question asker in the forum.
My question is quite short. I never could not repair my files that has been infected by any type of viruses. All the times I tried to repair those files, the last thing that I could do is to delete the files manually, whatever it was. Hopefully, my system keeps going fine. I am very glad to use avast! home edition but this problem makes me feel sick.

Note: I am also using VRDB option of Avast!.

Hi,

this is quite normal:
only some TRUE viruses (EXE/COM-file infecting ones) can be repaired.

Trojans and Worms must in most cases be deleted, as the "infected" files contain ONLY copies of the malware

ALWAYS it's a good idea to inform oneself about the proper desinfection/removal procedure:
see virusinfo on avast, in my sig, or via the boardsearch
