computer froze up

i bought your on line anti virus program for $60. when I installed it the laptop froze up & wouldn't allow me on line. I deleted it & it started working again. I want my $60 back. b.

if the computer is freezing that a reason you have another antivirus or protection software installed?

yeah, contact avast as Pondus said. May I ask you what stopped your from giving a shot at the trial version before acquiring it ?
