Well, the entry O20 - AppInit_DLLs: frqntr.dll, is still there  >:(  Its up to you if you want to use HJT to fix that entry,I'm no expert, but fixed entries can be restored.
Other than that, you could try a boot time scan with Avast, run Superantispyware ( which is now loading ) and MBAM again ( if often takes more than one scan )
If you don't want to try fixing the entry, maybe someone else could guide you, using Combo-fix or suggest an alternative
Also, I would suggest running MBAM and SAS in safe mode

Don't forget, you will still have to remove the file frqntr.dll in safe mode AFTER  fixing.  Try MBAM and SAS in safe mode first

Ok its gone, now boot in safe mode and locate frqntr.dll and delete it

Make sure you have show hidden files enabled

   1.  Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
   2. Double-click on the My Computer icon.
   3. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
   4. After the new window appears select the View tab.
   5. Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Display the contents of system folders.
   6. Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
   7. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
   8. Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
   9. Press the Apply button and then the OK button and shutdown My Computer.
  10. Now your computer is configured to show all hidden files.

ok im gona try and fix it with hjack and post new log

Don't forget, you will still have to remove the file frqntr.dll in safe mode AFTER  fixing.  Try MBAM and SAS in safe mode first

Don't simply remove/delete it, upload it to virustotal for analysis and send the sample to avast if detected by multiple scanners, see below. It is important to take opportunities to improve avast detection when you come across an infected/malicious file unrecognised by avast.

####
Check the suspect file/s at: VirusTotal - Multi engine on-line virus scanner and report the findings here in the topic.

Send the sample to virus@avast.com zipped and password protected with the password in email body, a reference to this topic (give URL) and undetected malware in the subject.

Or you can also add the file to the User Files (File, Add) section of the avast chest (if it isn't already there) where it can do no harm and send it from there. A copy of the file/s will remain in the original location, so you will need to take further action and can remove/rename that.

Send it from the User Files section of the chest (select the file, right click, email to Alwil Software). It will be uploaded (not actually emailed) to avast when the next avast auto (or manual) update is done.

It is hard to remember amongst all the activity to try to improve detections.

It would have been nice to capture the ones in the MBAM quarantine, but unfortunately it doesn't have an option to copy to a different folder, only restore to the original location, which could possibly reactivate the malware. So not a recommended action I think.
