yes i searched in the c drive and nothing found
the pc is running very good and fast
i ran the MBAM again and nothing found
then i ran the superantispyware and it found 9 adware tracking cookies
but nothing like it was before
i have a concern is it bad to have the MBAM, SuperanitSpyware, spyware terminator and Avast all on the same pc?

Well MBAM did not find or remove the file, so the fact its not finding anything means nothing. It was HJT that pinpointed to frqntr.dll, which was still there after MBAM scan. I would reboot the pc, run HJT and see if that entry returns.
Have no worries about running all those programs, mbam and sas are ' on demand ' and only run when you tell them to ( when scanning )

I  have to go now, if a search of frqntr.dll finds nothing, and the entry that was fixed does not return, hopefully you will be OK. It will do no harm to try an online scan with Kaspersky, and to check all your programs are up to date, use Secunia. Your Java is seriously out of date, which could be a big hole in your security. Please post back with any further problems/questions

Other than no firewall being shown (maybe you use Windows firewall?), your latest HJT log is clean.   :)

And, follow Micky's suggestion about Java.

Hi! I new and i wanted, first of all, to thanks avast for its good protection ;). I have a problem with my new computer. I've installed avast and the computer had already Panda Security installed. The second time a turn on the pc, appeared an avast message of virus in one file of Panda Security. I've tried to move it to quarenten, repair it and erase it but always said "avast cant process the file" . The file is Pskavs.dll and is infected with Win32:CTX. What sould i do?

You should have started a new thread. However, look at the link. This appears to be a well documented false positive. If you remove Panda security, this problem will go away. Its a bad idea to have two anti virus programs, as they will clash. If you remove Panda security,be careful this does not leave you without a firewall.
