I feel so silly asking the last question I did, having no idea that this was the site for an antivirus software. I just found it during a Google search, and now glad that I did. I'll definitely download Avast to her computer, and mine. Thanks again guys for all the wonderful help.

), but the think often forgotten is support when problems occur.
