is-5MEEN.exe ???

A new window has appear when I startup my Vista computer after I have run several new spy tools.
The window asks if I will allow is-5MEEN.exe to run, but I always disallow it and it goes away until I startup again.
I Googled it, but found nothing. Has anybody ever heard of this one?

It is a keygen hacktool file, better get rid of it before it invites its friends, and do not get these files because it will get you a nice inrepairable file infector and total recall for your machine as a result. Do you want that?

You now have to exercise care when choosing 'new' spy tools as many are fake security applications, worse than what you are trying to remove.

What were these new spy tools ?

If you haven't already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode and report the findings (it should product a log file).

• 2. MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, On-Demand only in free version http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup.exe, right click on the link and select Save As or Save File (As depending on your browser), save it to a location where you can find it easily later.
