Internet Disconnecting/Reconnecting?

Hello, I found a Win32:Vitro on my machine a few days ago, and ran several more scans, all coming up clean, however yesterday and all throughout today my computers in my house have been disconnecting and reconnecting instantly for no apparent reason and I've tried rebooting constant times, both computers and modem.

Vitro is a very dangerous virus.
I suggest you backup your data and documents quickly.
Search the forum for Vitro and you'll find more info, specially from Polonus.

I suggest, read the instructions, download and burn (maybe from another computer), finally use one of this rescue CD's:
1. Avira
2. Kaspersky
3. BitDefender
4. F-Secure
5. Dr. Web

One computer has F-Secure, I chested the virus successfully when I found it, but it just keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting, I have no important files on this computer except games which is an easy reinstall I'm just wondering if it's a problem with the router? Or could it have spread to both computers, and is it capable of doing that?

So, the better will be remove the sharing as the virus could spread through a network.

Is your router using the firewall settings? If so you have to port forward..

Interesting... my computer did this the day I got Vitro. The entire network cut off and we had to reset the modem to get it back. I had thought it was just a coincidence, but now I'm not so sure...
