We know avast! is best AV and Outpost Firewall Pro (or OA or Comodo) best firewall and SAS and MBAM best AntiSpyware, are there any software needed beside them for me (who use Windows Live Mail) for e-mail management (for example to filter the mails or spam management and...) ? is it needed and do you recommend it to me? should I use it or the Windows Live Mail features is enough?

For security, no.
For convenience, maybe. Try www.spamihilator.com for antispam.

Does it do better job in compare with Windows Live Messenger Built-in antispam feature?

Can't say as I never used WLM. But Spami does a very good (and deep) job. It requires, although, user knowledge on configuration. It's not a toy ;)

I'm trying it now, it look likes good, but, in wizard menu (and also I found it in website too), it don't support windows live mail, just it find my outlook and Thunderbird... also it don't support outlook connector account, just Hotmail accounts in Thunderbird (localhost server)... still working on that
Thanks for the link and offering this program, I wish you all the best :)

I combine the thoughts of chronoboi001 I download my free Yahoo account mail into Thunderbird.

Using WebMail to view your email does not download the messages to your PC. Instead, you are using an email program on the server designed for viewing, replying, deleting, and sending email directly from the mail server.

http://www.orangetreeweb.com/help/Web_Mail_vs_Email_Clients.html

An interesting quote that is just about as untrue as it can be.  There is a difference I will agree but the truth is rather different.

The real world is like this:

Email client - downloads the mail and stores it in a database on your system.

Webmail - does not download the mail and it is stored on the Webmail service.

When you view a message:

Email client - since most emails are html these days then the message body is retrieved from the email database and uses your html provider of choice (normally your browser engine) to render the message viewable.

Webmail - the message body is downloaded to your system and rendered by your browser to make it viewable.

If you access an attachment:

Email client - it is retrieved from your email database and processed according to the file type settings of your system.

Webmail - the attachment is downloaded to your system and processed according to the file type settings of your system.
