help. error moving infected files to chest and opening chest

help. when i try moving infected files to the chest an error occurs and i am unable to move to chest, only delete. also when i try go into the chest itself i get the error
"Program cannot use Chest client: (null)
--->Description: Virus chest server is not running. RPC communication failed."
can anyone help me with this?? plz

Can you try to repair your installation?
Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > avast! antivirus > Remove. Then choose Repair function in the popup window (Repair).
