Sorry to disturb you
we had a big problem onto our exchange mail server, the process aswserv.exe will take up to 100% cpu and hangs the system.
The server is a sbs2003 virtualized with ESX3.5 vmware; the problem become at any boot also if Avast Real Time Protection as been stopped.
The only way to use the server is to restart in safe mode, put Avast services in disable state and restart it.
We already try to repair the avast Installation, Virus db and program already up to date.
Someone could help us to solve the issue ?
