Vupa is other name of Vundo virus (trojan), almost all other AV know it with this name and if you want to re-search for it, you can look for this name.
a few question, can you access a clean computer to download something and burn them into a blank disc?

after burn it into disc, back to your computer, use this disc to boot your computer and let it scan your computer, it would scan and remove anything that it find and I think your computer would be able to boot and work a few better.
