scanning a file
« on: March 11, 2009, 12:25:31 PM »
Hi,

When i right click and scan a file using the avast antivirus, after the scan is complete the result/summary page disappears from the screen. Is there an option to see the result page and click on an ok/finish button after a scan?

Thanks

Hi,

it would happen if avast! don't find any virus and risk, avast! would show alert per any risk that find during scan. so there are no worry :)

if you have avast! professional version you can go to main window, go to settings and in common tab check the "Show results of explorer extension" :)

Good Luck!
enjoy avast! ;)

If you have avast home you can do the same...

I thought home users have not that options and cannot access those settings, sorry, I've not ever used avast home...
