Avast 4.8.1282 Released

In the beta forum the avast home/pro version release (as mentioned in the title of this thread) is released.
When will the managed client be updated since the last version from the managed client is from december.

or at least that is what my mirror status log and the version info in avast managed client itself tells me:


Current versions in mirror:

avast! Distributed Network Manager: 4.8.952 (Jan 21, 2009)

avast! Network Client (managed): 4.8.1005 (Dec 20, 2008)

avast! Home/Professional Edition: 4.8.1335 (Feb 06, 2009)

avast! Server Edition: 4.8.1059 (Dec 20, 2008)

avast! BART CD: 2.0.201 (Jul 19, 2008)

Virus database: 090508-0 (May 08, 2009)

igor undoubtedly knows more than me, but I'm sure that they are working on a new ADNM version with the release of the new Avast 5.

Probably why it's been so long since the last update.

i hope very soon, since i believe that bugs that excist in the engine that have been taken out in the newest home versions are still excistant in the old managed engine...


hopefully igor (or someone else from the Alwil team) can give me something more definite with a estimate release date ?
