I recently installed avast and now i can't run aol instant messenger, it will pop up and then disappear rapidly.
anyone know how to stop this from happening it would be greatly appreciated because this is very annoying
edit: i just uninstalled the newest version of aim (which i had also installed right before to see if that was maybe a solution, which it wasn't) but found an older version of aim on my computer and so i tried that and it works just fine although i'm stuck with the older version unless any of you might know what that problem was
