ICS client dial-up problem

Just installed 4 Home. Have two computers on a network with ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) installed. The host auto-dials as it should but the client does not. Everything worked fine before the install. Does any body have a fix? Has the IP address changed with the 4 Home install?

I used this configuration in the past. I installed in both computers avast! Home... I do not have problems with dialing. I think avast does not change any IP address... It seems a network and/or firewall problem  :-\
