update problem with new key received today

Hi (from Belgium),

I received a new key for the utilisation of Avast Home. When I tried to do an update of the viral database, i have an error message "insufficient data memory" or such thing like that. I tried three times but I have always the same Problem.

Tomorrow, I go to Portugal for one week, and of course I will do the same thing later if possible.

OS is Windows Millenium.

How much memory (RAM) do you have in this computer?
How much free disk space do you have?

I think it's 512 MB but it could be 256 MB (1024, certainly not).

I tried to desinstall Avast for a new install with the last file I has downloaded one month ago. The new installation fail to run (one dll not found).

So I restored the primary partition (and saved a new one for the next time) and after that, I tried again to update, I was a lucky one because it works.

Problem is resolved at this moment.
