Like in Ccleaner it cleans up flash player, adobe acrobat, windows, etc... so that they operate better. Like optimize the performance of avast!. Is this possible?

Avast don't have an clean-up feature. So you can use CCleaner for that or another cleaning app to clean your computer.

It would be housekeeping and won't be bad (delete logs, dump and temporary files, etc.).

Yes, so that Avast! could maintain its great performance everytime. Optimize itself, could it or could you use other optimizers to do this and how?

-= But I guess you wont need any programs to optimize avast because all the optimization depends on how you tweak the settings.. Just change the settings to match your needs, and no doubt, it will be optimized..

Optimize itself
It won't optimize avast performance. Just housekeeping.
