BSOD in Vista x64 SP1 with L2TP VPN on cable reconnect

Network Shield is enabled.
BSOD (0000007F) in Vista x64 SP1 with active L2TP VPN connection happens when you disconnect and reconnect the LAN cable.

Dump analysis in the attached file.

I don't see any avast! module on the stack - what makes you think it has anything to do with avast?

Can you submit the corresponding minidump file (e.g. upload it to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming)?

Yes, there are no any avast! module on the stack. But, BSOD stopped after avast! uninstalling. I think, it's may be a bug on setting global hooks in Network Shield...
