Please forgive my tenacity, I assure that my frustration is directed at Avast and not those of you attempting of your own accord to assist in finding a solution out of personal generosity. Avast themselves have instructed I and perhaps others to do the very same things that are detailed here by users of this forum, my tone has been less than pleasant as a result and I beg many pardons.
