The Log basically seems to be okay...
Avast isn't installed, so I now would try downloading and installing it again...
(hopefully the download works...)

Well, I know what it is... I just don't know why it was there, or what put it there.

Anyway, glad it's working now .

Keep everything up to date, I have a feeling that malicious software was what created the proxy server entry that pointed to 127.0.0.1 and the 9090 port.  It looks like it was forwarding all web traffic to itself, and would prevent you from getting anywhere on the 'Net that it didn't want.

Hard to say really.  I would assume that if you entered any info while this "proxy" was active, that the information could have been copied somewhere.  I highly suggest that if it was, that you change your passwords (at least).

As for credit card info, well again, I hope that it was not active while you entered any of that information.  If so, it might be a good idea to request another card...  I'm not sure what has/could have been stolen, so just keep an eye on your accounts.  If you can, requesting a new card would be a good idea if you think this was running while you were entering sensitive info online.
