For the past couple of days, I've had this annoying problem on my laptop. My keyboard and mouse are going nuts! Sometimes some keys don't work, sometimes they display another letter or character. For instance I often have a problem with the "e" that displays € instead.
With my notepad, I have similar problems. The left click often displays the properties instead of opening the application. The right click displays the menu for a very short time before disappearing for no reason.
It's getting very annoying because I can't type anything or do anything on my laptop (I'm using another computer to type this message). I ran several anti-virus scans with several softwares but it didn't pick up anything wrong. I tried plugging in an external keyboard and an external mouse, but the same problems occurred. I uninstalled the keyboard and reinstalled it with no success. I did a restoration system to before the problem popped up, but it didn't change anything. The problem also occurs in the BIOS and in safe mode. Can anyone help?
