avast is number one for me ;D.

malwarebytes has some way to go but they are good none the less.

avast! is a good anti virus

MBAM fills the gap in between virus and worm detection and removal but you are getting into semantics.

Why would there be tools like SUPERAntiSpyware and Dr. Cureit if avast! was number one?

Hmh... good point.
In my head I was making a contrast between Avast and MBAM. I wasn't even thinking of SAS or Dr.Cureit. I should have mentioned that. Oh well.
