False expiry message

After purchasing Avast for 1 year in Jan09 I got a reminder that it would expire after 30 days. I entered my license key and it went away. I now have a reminder that it will expire after 90 days but have lost my key. I have paid but may get cut off! has anyone experienced this problem?

Have you checked your system date, ensure the day, month and year are correct, adjust as required.

Where did you purchase your license ?

Contact sales (at) avast (dot) come with as much information as possible when and where purchased, rough date and email address used, etc. and hopefully they can help.
