How do I get Avasti to work?

I got to step 2 in the instructions, "double click on the downloaded file."  What file is this?  There is no file name in the descriptions, and no picture or description of the icon.

Someone did not pay attention when he started the download.

Look for this file ... setupeng.exe ... and double click on it to start the installation.

But, before you do this, be sure that there are no other antivirus programs installed as this will cause a conflict. Uninstalling other av programs though "Add/remove Programs" (or the Vista equivilent) is not enough. The appropriate removal tool for whatever other av program that might have been must be used.
