Welcome aceless

Vista SP1 is available.

Turn on and use Automatic Updates

Turn on Automatic Updates. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl, and then press ENTER.
2. Click the Automatic Updates tab, and then click to select one of the following options Automatic (recommended) to Automatically download recommended updates for my computer and install them or at least select Notify me about updates but do not download them.

How much RAM does the system have and what is the CPU type and speed?

Here are three entries which should be fixed (according to hijackthis.de)

O2 - BHO: ShoppingReport - {100EB1FD-D03E-47FD-81F3-EE91287F9465} - C:\Program Files\ShoppingReport\Bin\2.5.0\ShoppingReport.dll
Nasty Must be fixed! ShoppingReport.dll, ShopPoint.dll - Smartshopper Adware, http://vil.mcafeesecurity.com/vil/conten t/v_133312.htm

O9 - Extra button: ShopperReports - Compare product prices - {C5428486-50A0-4a02-9D20-520B59A9F9B2} -
To be fixed if the entry 'ShopperReports ' is unknown. Unknown buttons or entries in the 'Extras'-menu should be fixed.

O9 - Extra button: ShopperReports - Compare travel rates - {C5428486-50A0-4a02-9D20-520B59A9F9B3} -
To be fixed if the entry 'ShopperReports ' is unknown. Unknown buttons or entries in the 'Extras'-menu should be fixed.

Probably this helps but I'm no expert in this...

In addition to what Yokenny & onlysomeone posted above, I would like to add the below :

The end of the HJT log is not included so we can only guess that it is complete. Hopefully, you did not leave off any entries that are important.

It seems that you don't use an anti-virus scanner or your scanner is not active. Only an anti-virus scanner can protect you against new viruses.

We didn't detect any active process of a firewall on your system. Reasons maybe:
(1.) You are using the windows firewall or a hardware firewall.
(2.) You are using a firewall of an unknown vendor.
(3.) You are using a firewall, but for unknown reasons it is disabled
(4.) You don't use any firewall at all.
We recommend you to use a firewall.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {06849E9F-C8D7-4D59-B87D-784B7D6BE0B3} - (no file)
Unnecessary (deactivated) entry that can be fixed. AcroIEhelper.ocx, AcroIEhelper.dll - Adobe Acrobat reader.
