It's still beta though they don't mention that. It's still very buggy and it requires acive internet connection for detection to work.

Apparently they do mention the beta bit when you register,

Hopefully it doesn't have the same problem as the regular Panda on-line scan, unencrypted signature files that it dumps in your system files for your AV to detect later.
