Yes you can but that language option has to be installed.
So go to the little spinning a icon at the bottom right corner of your screen. Right click on it and then select "Program Settings" (fourth entry from top to bottom). On the left side of the window that pops up choose Language (fifth option from top to bottom). On the right side at the bottom you will see the highlighted text:
"To install additional languages, click here"
Once you click on it you should see something similar to the image at the bottom of this post. Put a check mark next to the language you want and click next. Follow the instructions and that should be it.
