THAT DID IT!!!

Thanks David, and everyone else for you help.  I just sent a test message to myself that had both Outgoing and Incoming 'clean' messages.  You folks are all awesome!

Right after I posted my previous post, I received an email that avast said had the netsky worm.  Talk about timely fixes.  Thanks again everyone.
