These 2 are still there ...

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8cccc570-ac8b-4f5d-bb05-d4290c99cc78} - c:\windows\system32\bzifsst.dll

O20 - Winlogon Notify: ntkqxhnf - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\bzifsst.dll

Close all windows/programs, run HJT again, click the box to the left of the above 2 entries, scroll down and click on "Fix checked" button. Please do not do anything while HJT does the fix.

-= Are you a server of client computers..? If yes, there could be a chance that the infection always comes back because other client computers still have it causing the circulation of infection throughout the network..

-= You may consider disconnecting to the network, try to fix the2 entries then reboot & check if the infection still persists..

Hi nikkoh901,

Try to fix the entries after you have disabled system restore and in SafeMode.
Safe Mode info: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
disable system restore in XP info: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/264887

See if the entries are fixed in that way, else we have to use another tool,
