I CAN OPEN THE FILTERED WEBSITES IN IE8 BY COMODO EasyVPN ???

THIS NETWORK IS MORE SECURE ? ALSO PROTECTED BY AVAST! / PC TOOLS FIREWALL ?

nope, it would not offer any Internet band-width, it would just let you connect computers via Internet, not anti-censorship
