need win32syspach removal info

i need help removing the win32:syspatch {wrm}
its in user32.dll file and it wont move to chest repair or delete
i dont know what to do!!!!!

Try running DrWeb CureIt! and see if it can effect a repair - See http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/ - Download ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/launch.exe (Free).
