Avast won't update with CYBERsitter running.

I'm running Avast 4.1 on my kids' computer, and trying CYBERsiter to filter.  The problem is that Avast cannot connect while CYBERsitter is active.  I can manually disable CYBERsitter, update Avast, then enable CYBERsitter.

I can select certain ports for CYBERsitter to not filter.  Would that be an option?  Which ports?

I read that thread, and I thought it eas about scanning incoming and outgoing email with CYBERsitter running.  I'll give it a more careful read, though.

I cannot help you more as I do not use this application.  :'(

OK, I've got a lead to check out.  CYBERsitter gives me a log file, and  it lists the following URLs as "filtered" or "blocked".  I don't know why "download" is missing the "ad", but I'll try putting these Avast URLs into CYBERsitter's white list so they don't get filtered.

Comments?  Warnings?  Advise?
