Well all I can offer is what the windows file system error 00000056 is:

Error 56 = The network BIOS command limit has been reached.

I don't have networked drives so all I can offer is this google search results URL on the above file system error, http://www.google.com/search?q=The+network+BIOS+command+limit+has+been+reached
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

You're welcome.

Good luck, I don't know if there is a way to increase the command limit.
